Danaë Huijser was accepted in May 2010 as an external doctoral candidate with Ron Meyer, TiasNimbas Business School, Tilburg.
Her research topic revolves around the themes of diversity and strategic innovation.Creating a diverse team composition does not automatically lead to more innovative strategies.
• What type of diversity actually leads to different ways of thinking and working?
• And does this diversity have any influence on how people think about strategy?
• How do organisations use this potential?
• What are the criteria for creating value from diversity?
With this four year research, Danaë aims to clarify which diversity characteristics are relevant for direct stakeholders and how these characteristics relate to organisation's innovativeness.
