Cultural differences are associated with different nationalities, businesses and professions, to name just a few. Cultural differences are also found between people who think about diversity issues, and people that live them.

Because they approach the potential and the challenges of diversity from a different angle, the thinkers (academics, policy makers) and the people living it (executives, consultants) can experience troubled communication. If they could find a way to work together, a huge learning potential would be unlocked.

Within Culture and Management Consulting, we believe it is part of our job to bridge the gap between practice and theory. As cross-cultural consultants, we encounter both the struggle with and potential of diversity that our customers experience every day.

By generating applicable theoretical knowledge, we are not only contributing theoretical knowledge to our field, but can actually help our customers to unleash the potential of diversity.
